I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2003. First running boxing classes from the Sumner Rugby Club, then I went on to open Fitness 326 a small fitness studio gym on Nayland Steet . This was closed after the 2011 earthquakes but I continue to work with clients in their homes, back at the Sumner Rugby clubrooms and in businesses.

So get in contact and start working towards your fitness goals today. I provide Personal Training, group classes or get together with a few friends and you can have your own small private exercise group.

Group Fitness classes are being offered throughout the week at the rugby club. All fitness levels and abilities are catered for. Here is the timetable.

*H.I.T.T. High Intensity Interval Training. A shorter workout were you work at your maximum effort for short intervals (between 15 and 30 seconds) followed by shorter rest period or lower intensity effort. Research has shown that HIIT regimens successfully produced significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body. These are recommended for those who have a good level of base fitness. If you are just starting out, other classes would be better suited. Call me to discuss.
