I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2003. First running boxing classes from the Sumner Rugby Club, then I went on to open Fitness 326 a small fitness studio gym on Nayland Steet . This was closed after the 2011 earthquakes but I continue to work with clients in their homes, back at the Sumner Rugby clubrooms and in businesses.

Group Fitness classes are being offered throughout the week at the rugby club. All fitness levels and abilities are catered for. Here is the timetable.

Monday Strength Circuit 6:30 am  50 mins
Monday HitRate Boxing 6:30 pm  40 mins
Tuesday HitRate Boxing 9:15 am  40 mins
Wednesday HitRate Boxing 6:30 am  40 mins
Thursday HitRate Boxing 9:15 am  40 mins
Thursday HitRate Boxing 6:00 pm  40 mins
