Helping to make a strong community

I’ve been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2003. First running boxing classes from the Sumner Rugby Club, then I went on to open Fitness 326 a small fitness studio gym on Nayland Steet . This was closed after the 2011 earthquakes but I continue to work with clients in their homes, back at the Sumner Rugby clubrooms and in businesses.

So get in contact and start working towards your fitness goals today. I provide Personal Training, group classes or get together with a few friends and you can have your own small private exercise group.

Group Fitness classes are being offered throughout the week at the rugby club. All fitness levels and abilities are catered for. Here is the timetable.

Group classes cost $60 for 6 x 1 hour sessions (come and try out the first one for free to see if it suits you). To find out more about each class click on the link on the left hand side.
