Your coach has returned for 2014 with more ideas to confuse and challenge your body than the Kama Sutra for Olympic Gymnasts. First class is Boxing for Fitness tonight (Monday) at 6:30 pm, then the Sunrise Workouts at 6:30 am tomorrow and Boxing for Fitness at 9:15 am. The longer you leave it, the harder it gets so don’t let your fitness slip any further and get back to training as soon as you can.
